Guinness World Record op IDS: grootste 3D puzzel van de wereld

13 maart 2015 - Op de IDS heeft bedrijf FONA een Guinnes World Record behaald met werelds grootste 3d puzzel. Hierna volgt het originele persbericht. 

To set a world record, FONA has implemented a very unusual idea. Last night under the strict supervision of an official record judge, FONA put together a tooth – in a place dedicated to chocolate. The 3D puzzle reached a height of 2.52 meters, earning the company an entry in the Guinness Book of Records. Over 400 partners in the dental sector, including many specialized dental retailers from around the world, participated in the successful attempt to set a record.

Made up of 531 different puzzle pieces, the 3D tooth is a reflection of FONA, the dental brand that offers everything dentists require for successfully treating patients. For more than ten years, the company’s extensive portfolio has included treatment centers, instruments, lasers, hygiene devices and x-ray systems. All FONA products meet the highest international quality standards and are characterized by great ease of use and a convincing price-performance ratio. With this strategy, the company, which was founded in 2004 and has its headquarters in Bratislava, Slovakia, has grown strongly in recent years and has developed into a successful global brand.

At the same time, the 3-D puzzle demonstrates how closely FONA acts together with its international partners in order to share manufacturing experience and arrive at the best possible products for customers. “At FONA, we put a culture of close collaboration into practice every day,” said Jürgen Kiesel. "It's great that this will be expressed here in a world record."

The record attempt at the Cologne Chocolate Museum was part of an exciting evening event at which FONA clearly showed its partners, who came from all over the world to the IDS 2015, what FONA offers them in terms of support in the areas of logistics, training, marketing and service around the world. Good food and live music rounded out our successful program.
